Royal Plastocraft supplies precision plastic components to demanding industrial customers, many of whom operate in regulated or quality-sensitive sectors where a single defective part can halt an entire production line downstream. The company had built a solid reputation on the consistent quality of its products over many years, earning loyal customers through reliability rather than marketing.
But the market around it was steadily shifting. Customers were no longer satisfied with good products alone; they increasingly wanted evidence of responsible, safe and environmentally sound operations behind those products — and, crucially, they wanted that evidence proven by an independent third party rather than merely asserted in a glossy company brochure. Tenders began to include environmental and safety questions as standard. Large buyers started sending detailed supplier questionnaires. The challenge

Our approach
We helped Royal Plastocraft combine ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environment) and ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety) into a single integrated management system. Instead of running three parallel systems that competed for the same people’s limited attention, the company would now plan, audit and improve all three disciplines together, as one coherent whole.
